An alt site for the non-advertiser friendly stuff

Make an alt site called either "Mangasex", "Mangadex After Dark" or something else to host the NSFW content while being connected to the main site. It's only accessible with a Mangadex Account with a certain amount of use and activity and hidden from search engines with a 403 forbidden, there is also no direct link from the main site or on the forum.
All non-advertiser friendly stuff goes there, and the main site stays clean and pristine like the devs seemingly want.

It's a proven solution that sadpanda took and people are fine with that

It's not that hard to make a site hard enough to find for it to be unfindable for anyone not deliberately searching for it.
Granted, it would need a different enough name to not be immediately linkable, but it very much is possible to run an underground site with this as a front.

most people are here to read that kind of stuff
and i'm not talking about nsfw, but anything suggestive about relationship with a minor or minor-looking character of unclear age
the popular titles always have those lolishota/incest/inseki stuff in the list
so putting them away will drive like 99% of traffic away from this site
which won't sit well with the administration
they are doing it, because they want to go 'legit'
which was already mentioned by some users during dmca and namicomi administration takeover
md is not the only hub for manga readers and scanlators
so there will be something else getting more popular than md when going 'legit' thing happens

Running and moderating two platforms isn’t exactly a small task.
