The LN is not finished, its currently on volume 7 (most of volume 8 has been released in english, but missing 2 parts, as its not officially released until october).

But if you just wanted the story up until the reveal of the dare, thats at the end of Volume 4. Each of the first 4 volumes are 1 week. After that, the rest are just extras.. it appears to be going to go for a while. (Yes, its still good even after the big reveal).

First point is revealed at end of V7 as to who tossed the water from the school. I don't think you're supposed to even know if it's a male or female given LN didn't give any description of the person.

On second point, no evidence in LN to suggest that, as Peach-san has stated to have never met Yoshin as of yet. Maybe could be going to the same school as Saya, but that's only speculation.

I suppose he could keep that in mind when he turns 80. Before that, he ought to have more than enough strength to push back. What you are talking about is theoretical trouble. Like someone else already said, the whole idea of a peeler is to be safe and trouble free, unlike a knife, especially a high quality giant ass knife like certain someone else in the chapter was using, while holding her vegetable in her hand.

What happened in this chapter was Nanami getting a bit overly eager in teaching Youshin stuff, just because she enjoyed doing it. But then again, if that really was the first time Youshin had used a peeler, despite being high school age already, he deserved such treatment.

It's not about having the strength to push back, it's about having to expend far more effort inefficiently to do the same task. It's not theoretical trouble. Peelers are safe-r, not safe.
