Unfortunately for some, we had to forgo "wet" and go with the much more wholesome "gaga".

On a more serious note, the original is basically "It [Youshin being this handsome] makes me fall for you all over again", which is super awkward no matter how you try to put it because this has to fit in one bubble by itself.

Instead, we went with "gaga" since it carries somewhat similar themes while fitting well with the constraints at hand.

Uhhh, you’re forgetting that this is all layered on top of a lie. It just makes everything you’ve listed more of a betrayal because she’s willing to go that far and yet still not tell him the truth.

I didn't forget. He's aware they started dating due to a lie, but everything they've experienced so far isn't a lie. It's not so concretely black and white. He knows that her being flustered and being happy to be with him isn't a lie. Her happily cooking with and making meals for him isn't a lie.

Their attires have that late 80s vibe. My first impression is that they look characters from the earlier Gundam (UC timeline) animes. Youshin really looked like he pilots the main mobile suit and Nanami a main female character who is slightly problematic but supports the main male character 😆

Series is definitely facing a blockage.

The story was about a relationship built on lie, so I was expecting then to start falling in love as they get to know more about each other on a deep level. Instead it is just them going through what we call puppy love. Always attached to one another, facing many cute moment, and just progressing forward in a fast pace.

The art style is also getting lower. I mean it look good in Chapter 1, but now I just see it either as average or ugly with each chapter. Like the artists aren't putting any work into it. You have a childish face on a muscular body. A muscular body of someone who work out more than someone who play games. I am not saying all gamers don't work out as I seen a few gamers who does. But he look like he is built more to be a jock than a gamer.

As I replied to another comment, it gets better and the plot resolves quite soon in the LN (around the 3rd volume IIRC). This ASSUMES this manga doesn't become another dumbass LN ad-manga like we've been seeing more of lately.
