An old manga I only remember for one early monster

There was a manga I saw long ago. I only saw a small part of the early content. I'm pretty sure the MC was a girl, though I could be mistaken. But the monster I remember was tall and covered in long hair. It was hard to tell how much of it was neck, but with the shape of its head it kind of reminded me of an Afghan hound. Regardless, it showed off all the girls it'd taken its hair from, either scalping them or taking their entire heads.
