i've been saying for months that kouta is more of a plot device than a character. he exists purely for the sake of the premise, and sometimes has to appear on page to reinforce that premise. that there's a hetero couple in the mix doesn't make it not yuri, it just makes it part of the long and storied tradition of yuri ntr.
anyway i feel like the disclaimer, instead of simply saying there is also hetero sex in this alongside the yuri, should have some kind of qualifier attached, like saying that it primarily contains yuri until such a time that it no longer does so. currently the amount of hetero sex is insignificant in comparison to the majority of sex scenes in the manga.
