To be honest, it feels more like the mangaka wants to move on IMO. The manga has been around since 2021, after all, and this kind of plot can be quite tiresome to work with.

Sure, the volumes aren't flying off the shelves, but it's not like the manga is doing that bad on the app. There are way worse-performing manga in it, with way more volumes/chapters. (Also, the Nico stats are decent too, so at the very least, there was a public for it)

In my opinion:
If she announces a new manga in the next few months (Or starts making pilots), then it was that she wanted to move on.
But if she goes back to being a full doujinshi artist, and goes a long time before a new project, then it was axed.

I think the manga just kinda ran it's course for the most part. There wasn't really much else to go as far as degeneracy goes, and it couldnt really turn into a slice of life like her last series was since this is a more strictly drama centered series, and those turn to shit when they exceed the shelf life of their concept and the author scrambles to write new plots. This one is ending at a right time. No doubt she'll write another incest series next. It's what she's good at, and it's what I want out of her.

A bit of a short manga but fun all the same. Could have they been normal siblings if the parents gave a fuck about Onii-chan? Perhaps then, Shizuku would have been able to treat her parents as human and not feel obligated to love Onii-chan in their place, but who really knows? Last chapter better have incestuous sex for the purpose of procreation; Onii-chan better not pussy out.

Both the siblings are perverts and honestly way too similar but the sister was better at hiding it, which created a weird dynamic where everyone viewed her as perfect, making the brother look worse by comparison and making him feel alone and like a bad influence on her.
