Have you been following this group closely? (I'm asking because I have not)

What's going on with this group? MU says there's been a big merger between Necro, Rune, and Aniglis. Is the result really AGR Comics? The translation quality is lower than each of them though, hard to believe that's really Aniglis.

Edit : So the discord (two links for one channel) is still Aniglis' but renamed. The website is also a redirect from Aniglis (specifically their old site??) but the name at the bottom of the page is Rune? Also the disqus is Necro...

I saw that a few of their series had been taken over by an "Asmodeus Scans" group, and more snooping seems to imply they're basically the same crew but with a different name, is there anything more to it than that?
