Also, if this princess flips out in such a short time at someone she is clearly somewhat suspicious of, she's probably not getting taught anything about politics. Wonder if that's due to her being female, or maybe she just has a lot of siblings, or something else about the setting. Or if the author just did it because they want their personality to be like that, disregarding their supposed background.

most generic way would be him somehow overcoming his negative constitution, either by getting used to the damage he takes from holy elements, or actually getting rid of it entirely and becoming able to take (and maybe use) holy element magic.

Though honestly I would prefer him not being able to overcome it at all, and he stays being a dark knight (or becomes a dark paladin, who knows). Then his concern of the dark jobs being feared by the people would be solved in another way.
