There is not a single character that doesn't have the personality of a wet piece of tissue.
I could be totally fine with a "mc" that doesnt lead the story but just happens to be the connecting piece/center, if the other characters ever got fleshed out more than their basic two-page introduction or if the story or worldbuilding was interesting.

Hell, the monstergirl designs aren't even very interesting, no risks are being taken in ANY aspect of this whole manga.

I find this manga kind of perplexing.

It's objectively 7/10 quality-wise, but the setting is annoying enough to bring it down to 6/10.
The school has no redeeming qualities. The other teachers suck. The other students suck. The parents suck. The country they're in seems to suck. The work environment clearly is bad for the MC's emotional well-being.
I'm 29 chapters in and lately I go "Can he just leave that stupid school already?" every chapter.
I feel like the chapters so far should've just been summed up in 5 chapters, so we can get to the good part already, except at this point I doubt there is a 'good part' coming.

Why there's sudden need of additional villain. Worse, teacher that already worked with MC for years now sided with him? Is their character really that shallow?

I stopped reading after chapter 20, came back to see if it improved and suddenly see the 'sexual violence' tag has been added, then see a bunch of comments mentioning possible rape, hypnosis and molestation while MC presumably just lets it happen.

MCs like this just piss me off. His quality of life and the direction of the story could've gone better if he wasn't such a dishrag. And this chapter 29/30, was it supposed to be a big gotcha moment when the dragon revealed herself to be actually a spy? After all the damage that's already been done are we supposed to go "oh wow what a twist!" and then quickly after she starts going berserk.

This manga is so inconsistent and the only constant is the MC wallowing in self pity.

Ngl I liked this manga way more when there was the octopus girl. Back then I thought it was gonna be a cute romcom or even a drama with an interesting backstory, but it's just another fantasy school harem showdown 😭.
