Note that 12.3 in dex is 12.6 in manga up, so we aren't that far behind. (But this chapter came out about 4 months ago so GDS is still dragging their feet)
Also wow the official version is actually significantly better translated.

I feel the scaling for this first big fight is way too high. I mean how do you scale up from here? Author did a lot of groundwork in showing how strong and prepared the MC is on top of showing his tech being vastly superior to the norm here yet there is this much struggle on his first proper boss fight? It's the Publisher.
They ALWAYS put in broken chapters.

Some Scangroups wait until they get all parts of a chapter and translate them all at once (you wait longer, usually a month or Bi-month or a quarter, depend on publisher's release speed)
Some Scangroups release each part right away (less waiting time but end in a cliffhanger)

But this series became stupid with each passing chapter just like Shounen Manga.

Introduction: 1 Broken Overpower player who can SOLO the whole guild and kill the TOP guild-master without breaking a sweat. I repeat, a WHOLE guild with all TOP members who might be stronger than him.
Scenario: he expected a level 10 and the strongest difficulty. Turn out it was only level 4 difficult. And then he GOES ALL OUT but still can even scratch this level 4 boss. His allies are dying.

Ah, how I remember Dragon Ball.
Introduction: First Normal Vegeta can destroy the whole Earth with 1 shot.
And Super-Saiyan Vegeta strongest shot can't even destroy a girl's clothes or even leave 1 scratch.

I mean if you paid attention or even read the story you would notice that when he attacks a top guild in chapter 1, he only really kills the guild master and other damages are just a bonus. Also, HE HAS HIS OP GEAR. Currently in the new world, HE HAS NONE OF HIS OP GEAR. Its literally shown and stated that the most he can produce are level 4 potions and so we can assume that he can CURRENTLY with his CURRENT materials he can produce level 4 gear whereas top class are around level 10-11. Remember he’s a production job, his skills aren’t in fighting but in can you guess it? Production. Without the proper materials he won’t be able to be OP, yeah he’s still strong but not as strong as his introduction before being sent over. And from chap 13 which got released, we literally see the number 4 on the fire sword thing and im presuming that it literally means its a level 4 or rank 4 weapon. Which is barely scratching intermediate levels.
