Or maybe she decided that he wasn't moving with intent to attack Rua?
I think it's time we get an update on what's happening in the business empire. High-up staff must start questioning Rua's actions. They will (if not already are) damage(ing) the reputation of said zaibatsu. And if the grandfather's too goo goo gaa gaa, then it's time others step in.
Remember, Kaz was supposed to be the golden boy taking care of everything together with Rua, since they knew she wasn't up for it. The damage she's already done is massive.

At some point, though, something has to happen. That "secretary" would have been keeping tracks of the idiocy, surely?

because they are so big, that so far, they can silence whatever happens, Rua is a moron, but she hasn't f*cken up so far, and even in the case of the idol, he still won with the other girl as part of the show.

so far Rua hasn't f*ck up to the public, so the grandfather doesn't need to interfere and the mentor/secretary is keeping tabs and taking it more like some free time for the MC and doesn't think like he would disappear from their lives or even have the ability to do so.
