from what I read, no she doesn't. But bear in mind that the story isn't entirely translated.
As for her interferences :

• She made in place a badge system. Special student have a gold badge, normal student have a silver badge, and the protagonist and his friends have no badges. Making them the target of bullying until he apologizes to her. He refuses, and find a way to make everyone agree that system is shit.
• She pushed a gold badge guy to kinda try to SA his badgeless friend
• She commissioned a guard to monitor him during school break
• She commissioned another one to kill a friend(girl) he made at a part-time job
• She forces the part-time girl to stay away from him, at least 2 meter, no conversation if she wants to stay alive, so she kinda cut contact with him
• She also forced a guy to date her to make the protag jealous
