Anyone's know a place where I can read relatively many collections of manga from 90s and 80s and early 2000s

Mangadex has a search by publication year function but you can only input a single year and not a range.

In the advanced search you can also order chronologically using whatever filters you wish, starting with oldest first. There aren't that many older titles so you should be able to hit the 2000s well before you exceed the limits of the search.
