It really makes you think...

The struggles or the created struggles of men in developed countries is really frivolous and minuscule compared to struggles of people from nations that provide sub-standard conditions to their needs.

that's kind of why we Brazilians take football too seriously, most of brazilian players came from poor families, thats even why some of them lose themselves with the amount of money they receive when theyre playing in Europe
About the chapter: I really thought the match would be over in a timeskip showing they lost with a 5 goals lead to barça lol, but seems like we can still see Esperion do some things in this match, thanks for the chapter!

Dang, Kuribayashi is about to turn into HIM, but Demian calling his name blew off his fire.

Right now, Ohtomo (my GOAT) is the only one in the same page as Kuribayashi.

It's going to be a rather head-to-head battle between Kuribayashi and Demian for a short while now.

No, Ashito is "on the same page", but he's a full-back, he's not supposed to just go on the offense unless an ideal moment appears. He's physically overwhelmed--literally gasping for air--because his vision has let him see just how much there is to cover. Football players don't "sprint" because that's an enormous waste of energy in a 90 minute match, but he literally just sprinted to block that shot because there was no other way to prevent it and he knew that for certain.

Meanwhile Ootomo has plenty of energy because he just came onto the pitch, and Kuribayashi isn't dedicating his energy to defense because he's not supposed to, this isn't Be Blues or Captain Tsubasa where one magical star player can run all the way across the pitch twice in one play

Even Demian wouldn't be playing defense for a whole match, but he was put in recently just like Ootomo, he has energy to burn.

NEVER EVER PUT BE BLUES NEXT TO CAPTAIN MIDBASA, BE BLUES IS GOATED

lol I think the story of Be Blues is a lot more compelling, but in terms of bullshit football magic, the only difference is that in Captain Tsubasa, EVERYONE has bullshit football magic, and in Be Blues, only like 5 players across the series do

In Ao Ashi, no one has bullshit football magic, the kind of skills Ashito and Kuribayashi have demonstrated are well within the realm of real humans, and even Demian only has bullshit "learning" magic, not bullshit football magic.

can you explain what that bullshit football magic is? imo there is no bs at all. what the mc does is not unrealistic, it just seems like that bc he's on a pro player level but is playing against some high schoolers in japan. i played in every youth team (from u12-u19) for sc freiburg (german first league club) and we played against some japanese youth clubs and high schools when I was in the u16 squad. we won every match with more than an 8 goal difference and the plays we did resembled what the mc did in the manga. they weren't bad but the level was not comparable to europe. the mc is probably on a top level like the football prodigies here in germany, but as i said the competition is ass there so it looks like magic. he is someone who easily debuted for bayern munich at the age of 18 which is pretty late here considering that nowadays most prodigies debut in europe at the tender age of 16.
