haha
this is the point where the story really resembles a lot of early 2000s' South Korean tv dramas

I'm not complaining,
but I did watch a ton of South Korean dramas during that time,
and I acknowledge that the story does bear resemblance
The story line sound kinda cliche tho
"I won't go -> Please forget me, I'm not return -> I'll fight for my love this time"
Even in any K'dramas from 2000's the plot is repeating but its a wholesome plot cus everyone love to see the good ending tho

Hum, I liked the chapter, but I'm not a fan of this chasing-the-one-i-let-go. Well, it's character development at least. And we're getting another lovely pottery out of it.

I also kinda of pity their coworkers. Tatsuki could have said goodbye properly to them. At least at the airport. I get it's awkward, but they seemed a bit too close to just go away and let someone else tell the news.

Thank you for the chapter!

honestly I think separating was a good move. She was incredibly attached to him, to an almost unhealthy degree. I know it's due to her past trauma, but if she wouldn't let him help her with it, then separating makes sense instead of holding him back or essentially going insane while long-distance.

Omg…the FL suddenly saying “he miss him” but in the first place she let him go and now she wanted to see him! Someone also advised her to come with the ML. Now, she’s going to come there alone and go chasing to him!!!!what?!I hate this kind of drama..anyway I’m still going to see what will happen next!

im glad she reached this decision quickly and from a new vessel no less.

i said before, but i really like aokos marble black eyes. they convey the despair and sadness so well
I think it’s subtle things like this where Kodama’s art style really shines through in its simplicity. The slightest variation in its art can convey so much in contrast to its simple design. Love it!

He had to go, and the fact that she could not trust him to return. Nothing worse than not being trusted by your loved ones. It makes sense that he was hurt so much that he did not want to come back. I hate seeing her in pain. not bad author.

If you like it then you shouldn't put a lid on it 🎶

Many lids, vaults, and containers acting as symbols for Aoko's heart. Don't leave that mug in the kiln, let it out!

The character growth of Aoko's realization that she messed up happened like we expected. Maybe a bit faster than expected. How much time passed over this chapter, a few months? Next I think we'll see a mini-arc where she paints the bonbonniere while doing some self-reflection, and her plan of action becomes more clear. Then on to Finland with a proposal Bonbonierre!

I went through all 41 chapters the past 2 days and you‘re so right.
I initially thought that it was a weird style for this kind of manga as it seems kind of lifeless at first but for example ch12 got their emotions across so incredibly well just by tweaking facial expressions a bit and hinting at stuff.

Now I think of the art style as endearing and it grew on me.

Wild that you‘ve been doing this for so long. Tyvm

I am glad she was able to be mature and keep working. I feel like these characters have maturing to do, and perhaps this time apart is important for reconciling past traumas so they can be present for each other.

I liked how this chapter showed us (and Aoko too) that Tatsuki had made a life for himself here, and all these relationships, and it all had weight.
Sure, it's a bit of a cliche with how this story turns, but it is satisfying nonetheless to finally see Aoko come to terms with her true feelings and wants. Which will require her to step out of her shell to try and be truly happy.

For some reason loved the detail where color on the leaves on the mug is darker because they overlap and the paint gets layered.
