-Sumi became a famed author who wrote "My Queen Was Pretended By A Useless Moron So Me, A Commoner Shy Girl, Had To Step Up And Seduce Her" yuri light novel. It is the most successfull light novel of all time in Japan and it spawned several spinoffs like animes, mangas and the sequel "The Useless Moron That Tried To Seduce My Queen Came Back So Me, A Shy Mistress, Will Have To Take Extreme Action".

-Sumi and Chizuru became girlfirends. And both celebrities used their influence to pass gay marriage laws in Japan. It is expected to be approved in the next cabinet reunion.

-Kazuya suddenly dissapeared. There is a rumour about how he was stalking a famed AV actress and was last seen near her vicinity. A corpse was never found. His family laments his loss, although they say the family business is safe thanks to his old best friend who stepped up and made it flourish when they were expecting to close it sometime in the near future when Kazuya supposedly was to take the reigns.

-Mami is the main suspect of the dissapearance of Kazuya, she was given information by an unknown third party about Kazuya's whereabouts. In the days before his dissapearance she was spotted in a Don Quixote buying 3 sets of kitchen knives. The cashier said she looked zoned out and murmuring "useless shit eater". No evidence of connections between her and Kazuya during those days could be found. She is a successfull businesswoman and has a legion of male secretaries. Rumours of work abuse arose when some employees alledgely saw her kicking in the butt a postrating intern, but when interviewed he denied it with the biggest grin in his face.

-Grandma became the second most successful youtuber behind Mini using a vtuber persona. They often collaborate and calls Mini her favourite grandaughter. Rumours of her developing dementia arose since she was asked once about her grandson and answered "Who?"

I also vehemently hate NTR but he is the exception that confirms the rule. He is the one character I think actually NEEDS to get cucked for the story to become interesting. Endorsing loser behavior of that magnitude by having him get the girl in the end would send a terrible message.
