Going off her character, I also believe she hasn’t fallen for Izumi. But shoujo manga tend to stray towards cliches, so I can’t tell if they’re going to go against her character model and resort to making a love triangle.

This manga is SHOUNEN not shoujo. Typical shounen plot = lucky bastard/cheater/loser mc + harem.
