I see you have forgotten that this author would have loved to write gag manga, but ended up with an isekai story, probably for the easy marketability. However, he still keeps injecting his gag manga desires into the story every chance he gets. If it's a bike the most ill suited for it, then that's exactly what it's going to be.

What was even the point of the boat scene? Did he just wanna write in that MC gets seasick that badly? Also there is no way in hell that cart is safe to ride in at anything more than 15 mph unless you handwave it away with "it's magic" and if the isekai girl gets seasick riding in that thing would probably get her motion sick too.

While the bike might be a dumb choice for off-roading (even the 'main roads' there are likely unsealed dirt), towing a trailer with a bike isn't that uncommon. The wheels on that trailer are smaller than I'd like for where he's traveling though, and I do agree with the 60km/h is too fast for basically anything that isn't relatively smooth, hard packed dirt or a proper sealed road. Even cobblestones and such would be a horribly bumpy ride at that speed.

Something Something gag manga hidden inside an isekai manga though I guess. I kind of gave up taking anything seriously in this series as soon as the motorbike and the warrior chickens showed up.

TBH I think an ATV would have made more sense here while still keeping the feel.
