Please stop using this word.
Its better to put it something like, this certain class isn't really popular among the player since the controls are much harder. Or something like, the class need a big investment to be able become good.
Example, spheromancer in cross code.
Disclaimer, i haven't read it, just hate the last sentence of the blurb, its just too cliche in video game themed story.

@i_need_SMUUUT US, yes, but NJ, so I actually can't have guns where I live. ...Plus only use them on a range anyway. They can be quite relaxing in a well ventilated indoor range... Haven't gone shooting in many years though. Have to go out of state and just not worth it without going with someone.

You get panels of stats. MC is delusionally OP. Min max is constant and silly.

I'd avoid this unless you like RPG stat screens. I know this is a game, but I hate it.

@timidhakana the thing is, it's generally perceived as the "lowest-tier" class. No one ever used the musketeer class, because it is statistically the lowest tier at first glance. Therefore, no one likes it, it is the worst class. MC figures out how to use it effectively

I could compare it to giving the population, who in this scenario does not know what oranges are, unpeeled, untouched oranges and saying that they are sweet. They will taste the skin and believe that it is not sweet. Therefore, it is an unsweet fruit. Yes, it is an unsweet fruit, but with an extra step (peeling) it can be a sweet fruit. They are not aware of this extra step, therefore it is generally an unsweet fruit, but a sweet fruit to you. A better example might be an unsharpened pencil. If no one knows how to sharpen it besides you, it will be useless for everyone, except for you who can make it of use

It might seem like this is excessive and unrelated because this is just the description, and technically it is inaccurate, but I just want to explain the logic behind the label "lowest-tier" class.

no hate or disagreement, it is a pretty cliche and overused phrase, but there is nothing wrong with using it in this case

thats exactly why i dont like the reason behind it. in any mmo ive played even tho there are classes thats inferior than others, people still play them, i mean theres a lot of different kind of people playing game, theres a competitive player, a player that just for fun, a player that prefer the combat style, the player that prefer its exclusive class costume etc. thats why i dont like the reason, its just stupid and as if implying theres only 1 type of gamer, the competitive one. and one thing, i dont believe theres no one didnt figure out how to turn off the combat assistance stuff, people are weirder than you think,
