Are there advanced search functions?

I'm asking because on the other site that I use I can organize my search results even further than on here. For example, if I search for the fantasy genre then I can put the results into order by categories like newest manga, recently updated, most read, etc. So is that not a feature here or am I just missing it somehow? New user and poster here so thanks in advance for any info you can provide.
