I don't know. She looks way older. I mean, the flashbacks where he was traumatized was because of his female friends found out his otaku side gross. As for that creepy lady, I think she's too old to be one of the girls in the flashbacks. She could, however, be the mastermind behind his trauma.

It is highly disturbing that the framing used here implies she thinks of him as her game avatar to control for her irl dating sim.

That said I think she'll either make him do something too forward or make him do something uncharacteristic of him (maybe trying to set up a flag in her head by making him do something neglectful)
