That's some lip slip by Haruto mom, she said "Bizen" at first but Haruto surname is "Iruma".
She was married to someone from Bizen family and then married Haruto father Iruma or the other way around, since Ryouichi is on good terms with Haruto, still, Haruto has his father name not Bizen... I'm confused.
