Funny how that Jojo anime changed everything.
Like before the anime was being made, despite the games and the memes and everything, Jojo was still kinda niche.
And then they started the anime, and suddenly it all hit mainstream like a hamon punch to the face. Now everyone gets the references that most westerners would have completely failed to notice before.
Actually, what is probably the weirdest thing is that Part 5 was, as I recall, the least popular part of the manga (and to be fair, it is utterly riddled with plot-holes). But for some reason it has become the most popular part of the anime.
I wonder if that means the anime is going to stop being popular once they adapt Steel Ball Run. Part 7 is so overrated.
