This happened too with that other adaptation from this author, God Skill "Breathing" which WN got deleted too, LN stopped being updated and manga ended, currently author have another adaptation going, called Kuroneko no Kenshi which LN have 2 Volumes, who knows what fate this one get lol

Tbh the reason I started reading this manga was because the giant tits got me curious. But now I wanna drop it because of the giants tits. The story is creative enough to want to keep reading. But I can't take it seriously with those deformities, they're just plain ridiculous, and sometimes just downright disgusting. They don't even play a role in the story in any way, they're just there. They have no purpose other than being outrageous clickbait. Just making them regularly sexy or buxom would've been enough to get attention

At least i believe that that's the point, you need to overcome them, relinquish them. They are just there, but the main plot keeps getting interesting. I have no knowledge of how the wb/ln unfolds, however, this story is interesting regardless if there's big tiddies or not.
