@Vykos, it's okay we can just let them know, don't get so upset yea lol. There are always space for improvements and I'm sure they are willing to take note as long as it's not escalated to an argument cheers.
You are indeed correct, it's supposed to be aruji-dono.
Most probably an oversight since the raws have furigana. It might be that the TL also is fluent in chinese and that's what caused the mistake.
A bad translator would most likely have gone for the furigana and ignored the kanji.
You are an assassin someone who specializes in stealth and killing without being noticed, you are in a forest where it would be hard to find you and if you know what you are doing you can even hide your steps.
What action do you take?
"I would like to go to a wide open area where I can easily be seen"
Well, elves are always the best archers so a wide field or a dense forest would always be a bad position.
However, in an open field, it's easier to intercept incoming attacks and gouge out the distance, while lessening advantageous positions albeit making him a wide open target.
He's not alone after all and the forest has too many obstacles.
@Valshir Assassinations work on the premise that the enemy doesn't know you're there. Even with his stealth and other skills, he has no information about his enemies, the enemies already know he's there, he's in their hometurf, he doesn't have a dagger which would make fighting against people---who know the terrain very well---in closed space very bad. In the case where there are a lot of unknowns in play, rather than maximizing your hand blindly, it's better to minimize the opponent's hand and work your way up from there.
lol, a 1 handed sword, you think think you have no room to swing it ? You know like vertically or thrusting. So you want open ground where you can be rained down apon by arrows.... errrr alright then.
@Velsy a katana really aint good with smallspaces since your blade can be stuck. technically getting rained by arrows would be better than fighting multiple people in a small space
So stupid! The forest is big enough that you can ride a giant cat out but you don't have space to swing a sword? And your enemies are archers... how is entering an open space where the archers can shoot you better than swinging your katana in a forest full of natural cover?? It would give you an advantage. Too much dumb sh!t in this story!
The MC...
#Doesn't kill the royal family even though he can go invisible
#Doesn't sneak back and destroy the curse gems even though he knows how they work after freeing the hero
#Makes a pact with a cat monster that's considerably weaker than him just because it's a cat, knowing full well that (a) the demon king can now spy on him 24/7 and (b) if someone kills this cat he's going to die too, so he's just given himself a massive weakness
#Is now coming up with a stupid plan
