@JaffaOrange Might be because of Vitamin D insufficiency in Japan.
On a tangent, remember to get Vitamin D if you are in lock-down. Especially communities and people with Vitamin D deficiency are hardest hit by COVID-19.
@amoebaelvis
Yeah. I once helped to organise a local running competition slash charity event. A lot of delays happened so the run itself took place in November. The day before temperature had been pretty high (around 15°C I think) but at the day of event itself it suddenly started raining and temperature droped to 5°C. Those runners were the most miserable people I've ever seen.
Only love
Can make it rain
The way the beach is kissed by the sea
Only love
Can make it rain
Like the sweat of lovers'
Laying in the fields
Love, reign o'er me
Love, reign o'er me, rain on me, rain on me
to anyone that thinks running in the rain while wearing shoes is better, it's not. it's safer to run without wearing shoes in the rain then to actual wear them. Trust me, form a person that lives in Malaysia that rains basically daily, quickly running somewhere without shoes easier then with it. Plus your shoes wouldn't become a sponge afterward
