Uhh... I can't believe that to be a correct translation, nor even a close approximation.

I haven't looked at the RAW, but if I had to guess, it'd be something like, "Isn't your ego a bit too large?" or "You think too highly of yourself." Both of those have a completely different meaning from telling someone to go jack off.
