drummer being fired suddenly makes me think of the beatles , trivia:
Pete Best received a significant monetary payout for his work with the Beatles after the release of their 1995 compilation of their early recordings on Anthology 1
so if MC continued living his life, and his former band gets world famous, MC could suddenly become rich depending on what he made with them beforehand.

so please don't lose hope, don't gamble on a life rewind like these wish-fulfillment reincarnation manga are suggesting you do

Thanks for the chapter

So an adaptation, WN was from 2022, then got a title change when it got published as a LN and only got 1 volume in 2023, then this manga adaptation in 2024, there is a complete translation for the LN by the same group that picked up the manga, while the WN only had 8 chapters translated (WN had 2 arc but it never finished)

Well at least it’s a spin on the very cliche trope of fantasy redo stuff. I’ll follow along. Thanks for the chapter

You know you're lacking skills, what makes you think you can mooch off a much more popular artist
Friendship and sunk cost, I guess.

At the start is even said that he has been part of the band since the start 10 years prior to that day. And also the most realistic and irrealistic part is the drummer getting sacked, getting a drummer (not even an excelent 1 of a kind talent, just an average drummer that keeps time) is hard as hell, its way more expensive and hard to start as a drummer than play another instrument. In reality most drummers are kinda average, with the amazing ones being the exception.

TL;DR; Bassist Look Too Bored - CollegeHumor/Dropout (1:21 - 1:48)

"I Was Banished from the Famous Band at Our Debut ~After Committed Suicidal, I Went Through Regression and Become The World's Most Prominent Drummer Alongside My Oshi from High School~"
Unlikely. He will certainly be a good high school age drummer, but he's already, actually, at the peak of his skills, more or less, because being unable to develop further was the reason he was kicked out. Apparently that had already been going on for a while, according to the words from his bandmembers. So, he might attract attention as a teenage drummer, but a few years later more talented musicians would have already bypassed him.

More importantly, the family named their dog after an Argentinian president.

I wish he wasn't such a wimp and actually stood up to his manager and former band mates - I get that they're trying to make him seem more desperate, thus making him taking his own life more plausible, but his spinelessness is just unappealing.

On that note, I also hope we get to see the consequences of his (and perhaps the fmc's) death; like perhaps noting the former drummer offed himself right after their debut brings extra scrutiny to the band, and they find he was fired for a nepotistic hire (a family member of the manager) or something.

please don’t commit suicide to restart your life…
Japan really loves glamorising suicide, and death in general. With the amount of media out there, where the MC's life significantly improves because they died, I wouldn't be surprised if this stuff is actually contributing to their suicide rates.
If you're depressed and desperate enough, why wouldn't the long shot of possibly restarting your life - an idea constantly being presented to you in all the comics and shows you're viewing - seem tempting?

Has there been any moral panics over this? It seems deserved in this case.
It's not a matter of just this comic, but the sheer quantity of it.
