Welp, she just proved she's well above and beyond other saint(ess)s/healers for being able to identify opponents and fight back.

If that hero's party's new saint is expected to be better than her, they are sooooo fucked.

I think, the lines should be aligned center instead of at left as if writing on word.

The random low quality Akebi page is so out of context that it just comes off as a Jumpscare, lol.

look 'Ma! it's 'original' because it's a girl thrown out of the partie!
...
....
joke apart, doesn't start too bad, the common start is rushed and i guess the fall of her old partie will be meh because it's not the main focus

The point of "kicked out cause they think I am bad" manga cliche is to teach a lesson in self acceptance, in which, "What other people think about you does not define who you are". Which should be empowering message. You are supposed to self-insert in a sense.

And while I get your point, it would feel out of place for her replacement to be actually better. Because it hits way too close to reality. There is always someone better than you and you are replaceable in real life. Personally, I'd like fantasy stay fantasy, so we can connect to a person who has hit rock bottom and will work to achieve great things on their own.

Although I do agree that this is basically beating a dead horse at this point, but hey, if this doesn't get axed after vol. 1 (which I do believe will happen, although I really hope it won't), would prove us both wrong :wooow:

It just feels so cheap when they inevitably become overpowered.
Maybe she just has skills in other areas and the story is actually about her stopping to try and fit in and learning to let go of people who you've grown apart from.
Who knows maybe she her S ranked skill is in accounting.
But then again this is not that kind of story

We would need an entirely new story for something like that to happen. I can just see the titles now:

"Our Party Hated the Jackass Hero Who Kept Ruining Things For Us, So We Kicked Him Out And Found Ourselves Living Better Lives Without Him"

Or:

"Our Party Hated the Jackass Hero Who Kept Ruining Things For Us, So We Kicked Him Out And Found Ourselves Living Better Lives After Replacing Him With A Real Hero"

I hate it when publishers do this
〉do the entire first chapter
〉make the rest of the chapters part 1, 2, and 3

I mean, we don't know that yet, don't we? We can't really judge by 2 episodes :p

Manaporter is 80% there.
It did start with the cliche hero kicking MC, but the rest of the party harem immediately ditch the hero, and once they chase him down they merge into another heroes party something like a chapter later.

thank you for the chapter, so this should be interesting to see how she uses a sword normally used by someone from a higher class.

I'm reading that right now, actually. Still, it's similar, but it doesn't quite start off right at the beginning with what I summarized in the titles.

The remaining party members (aside from the saintess who went with the MC early-on) were too slow to catch on to the hero's lie about the MC leaving when he really kicked him out without the others' approval, and frankly, aside from being a jerk, the hero was 'fairly' competent in completing quests ... with the MC's help, of course. It just wasn't the same.

Hero/Some other party member has to be kicked out for legit reason by the rest of the party, right at the start of the story or a few chapters in, at most. It's all in the execution. I'll write one, myself, if I have to.
