@es_kan alright so that would mean that she could fully copy the sword guy's power since (length of wood = length of sword , her ability would make her sword 10x smaller but also would make the length of wood requirement 10x smaller so they would cancel each other out) and because the sword's cutting ability can't be reduced ( 1/10th of infinity is infinity ,much like 1/10 of invincibility is still invincible ).

So she gets a tenth of the drawbacks as well. That seems like it could have some cool applications. If she had copied the armor instead of giving up she might have been able to spam is on and off depending on what 1/10th of the cool down is.

@HDMI1 can you rephrase that sentence? I don't understand what your trying to say. It sounds like your saying she wouldn't be able to reproduce the whole blade and only the blade tip would appear upon using her ability.
