If here were to be older then author needed to create a doormat MC but it doesn't go well with action type shounen.
They create shota or doormats to destroy any romance progress.
Shota x Woman? Nope never happening besides in doujin so it became a "manga logic" troupe. (In reality simply publisher logic)
Doormat x Woman? Nope not happening, Doormat-kun will not initiate anything and will deflate if someone initiates.


In essence the core mechanic here is to make male character impossible to date or have intimacy in the context of manga world logic.
In real world logic if i were between 12-14 and up and would see a bombastic beauty like that and by having marks on our ring fingers? Unless she would reject me, we would be fucking like bunnies the very next day.

The setting of "theyre still aberrations. They can kill us easily" is so annoying. As if lethal weapons dont exist. This chapter is particularly more annoying because dude clearly saw and heard the whole thing but the idea still stuck to him when our behemoth mommy explain her situation...

Honestly, if they dont change this setting like making the dude find his own aberration or something sometime soon, i dont think i can read this. I mean theyre also playing with government control and stuff... reminds me that i dropped Sankarea because the romance got hindered by unwanted things.

I'm just honest about what i was during those ages.
I'm well past that age but i do remember that desire for sex was high.

You on the other hand seem like a person with short capacity to understand what i wrote. If desiring a beautiful woman equates to porn addiction, you likely need to visit endocrinologist since not having desire for intimacy during those ages is a cause for concern.
Porn addiction victims are usually people who have hard time during sex with other people (from getting it up to stimulation). Also they exhibit desire to re-create what they saw in porn, most of the time leading their partners in awkward or painful experience.

I said this because i remember my teenage years. In fact i liked more mature women opposed to my 12-18 classmates. I've seen them as more developed and they had more charm. So if i could i would, them doing illegal things to me was not a concern for me or at the very least i understood that i should keep my mouth shut not to expose them because that would cancel any arrangement's we had.
Also my statement fucking like bunnies everyday is an obvious hyperbola that adds spice to the text.
As an example if you are let's say 14 or 16 and a nice college student took a liking to you, why the f would you deny her if you are single? On a moral standpoint? I doubt most guys would even think about this.
A young teacher? Why not, as an adult i see the problematic but as a teen i didn't understand power dynamic that could damage me as a teen.

I even had a reverse experience when a 16y girl approached me aggressively but as an adult i didn't have any interest in her (underdeveloped both the mind and physically) and morally i thought it was wrong. It's a double standard of sorts but i own it and don't virtue signal retroactively. If given a chance to have relationship with a charming older women? I would take that opportunity.

Lastly: There a massive double standard in our society. Male inexperience or virginity is seen as unattractive/failure whilst female inexperience or virginity is seen as virtue or a boon. It's also the reason why some father now and especially in older days brought their sons to public houses (prostitutes), you don't hear the opposite stories because it would have the opposite effect.
