E area is kind of status that "Limit Break" of normal status : normal Which is 999999
or realm of God,
in Layman terms, when people reach the E area, normal status cant inflict damage to E Area.
and Normal Human cant reach E area (such as Roxy etc),
*last time i check WN Roxy-sama still not reach it

still i'm not clear why Aaron able to reach it?
if Influence is what it needs then logically Roxy and Fate "servant" too able to reach it..

Domain of E refers to those people with insanely high stats. In scientific notation, E stand for Exponential and it's being used for representing very big numbers.

To put in simply, think about RPG, for example FF series, where the maximum stats are capped at 9999, but, with some condition, character can break that limit and reach the higher stats. That's the same thing as the Domain of E in this manga.
