These chapters don't really mean they slept together, the last part had her being drunk and barfing, the last chapter seems to indicate takezama caused a whole misunderstanding by misusing the word "fun", The way they kept playing up her being drunk & probably not remembering the night makes me believe they didn't yet

Rereading chapter 129 and the last thing we see is her barfing whike drunk, I think is a safe assumption that they did not slept together.
