I get it's hard to give characterization when you have a large cast of characters but I always hate it when manga/anime give characters one gimmick that's supposed to be their personality.

I already hate everyone on the opposing team. Their "personalities" are literally just edge lord, saying stylish every sentence and a Cryer. I'd rather they just shut their mouths and got this over with.
