That's Dimple keyed or punched keys locks or multi-lock keys.

There is lots of different styles of locks all made in the attempt to stop or hinder people from picking them open.
Cheaper locks tend not to use the other styles that are popular in which ever part of the world you are in.
The more expensive the lock, the stranger the key will look.

Hello, everyone! I'm Aaron, the translator assigned to this manga at the moment! I'm not actually from LHT but I'm working on this as a collaboration between LHT and Imanity (the group I'm actually a part of). I'm new to the scanlation scene so I'm not exactly familiar with what's commonplace but rest assured, I'd do everything in my power to continue releasing high quality scanlations for this series (so Imanity will probably take over this series if LHT eventually does decide to drop it). LHT/Imanity is currently on schedule with our releases for this series and will be caught up with the raws within the next 48 hours.
