I love that page. Shows how much he's grown. Specially at how he didnt even frown once, he was just happy that Yamada was there with him.

It not only shows his growth but it also, though more subtly, shows HER growth as well. She isn't as childish and, well... useless as she once was. He can properly relax and completely trust and rely on her. The classmates probably dont know, but Yamada is now a very reliable person.
