And... there it is. I really liked the extra bits the anime managed to add for this, and the way the rest of the trip flowed for Kyo. The manga didn't really make it feel like he was still having fun for the last day, but the anime gave him that moment with Adachi playing with those squishy dagger things, and there was also Kana-oneesan calling him to request specific souvenirs for the family.
And the big scene itself... well... you can see it above in the gifs. Not sure why the kiss one was so dark on tenor, though, but still. So adorable seeing Anna give him that peck, and then afterwards the anime shows them holding hands outside with the setting sun behind them. Just... chef's kiss.
And... yeah, I'm gonna say that I much prefer the handing over of snacks as happening after Kyo's confession and Anna leaving right then and there, after Chii manages to catch up with them and acknowledges that Anna's going for the audition. I just prefer how the anime organized all these scenes so much better.
But... I guess this is the end of me watching the anime alongside reading. Now it's all just manga, unless they decide to do a third season to cover up to volume 12, once it's out.
