Huh, I get that people have their preferences, but what is it like for married couples to sleep in separate beds?

You don't have to fight for blankets and if you need to get up earlier than your partner, you'd be less likely to bother them when you wake up...
Shouldn't the temp agency explain to potential hirer that she have a condition?
Normally, yah... if she has a disorder, it should be noted...

My grandpa's on but sided slept in separate beds. Even separate rooms.
you kind of had a stroke, but my grandpa and grandma did the same thing, with separate rooms. it's something that some couples do when they get older and the passion isn't necessarily there any more, plus some people get problems with snoring as they get older.

For people who are wondering why the temp agency didn't disclose her condition, in Japan Chika's disorder is not classified as a medical condition. That's why it's a problem for people like her to find a niche in Japanese society. It's actually even more a problem for men due ro the expectations of Japanese conformist culture, to the point that roughly 40% of the current yakuza population are estimated to have PDD of some sort. The yakuza ended up becoming a refuge of last chance for them.

Not sure if it's different in other states, but there is a form stating that you do have some sort of disability among what's listed if you sign it ... voluntarily. That means that even if you do have a disability, you're not obligated to sign that form, but if you think it will interfere with your job, it's recommended that you notify your employer about it.
