Well in this case the juvenile delinquent would have been brainwashed against his will, maybe with drugs. What happens afterwards depends on country I guess. Of note someone pointed out that these Girls have Holes in their forehead so he probably did a lot more than "headpats".

Erisu bore some of the responsibility for attacking Mina since the action was caused by her base personality even if the ultimate fault was a programming error that her parents refused to patch.

The normal base personality for the Shitorariis, at least once they each find out that they're robots with a facsimile of a sick girl's consciousness, is wanting robots and humans to live together in harmony, like rooftop Shitorarii mentioned in chapter 39. What they're being made to do is obviously counter to their base personality so it's pretty obvious that the (presumed) uncle uploaded something malicious to make them act completely against their will, even if they're still smiling while they're attempting to carry out the plan. I don't think they bear any responsibility for being used as drones by their (presumed) uncle.

Okay, minor correction, it's the company president/father's dream to create a society where humans and robots are treated as equals but rooftop Shitorarii, who is Shitorarii #2, happily agrees and I don't see any sign of a hole on her forehead in that chapter so she's probably not faking her enthusiasm.

Shitorarii #2 is, of course, the original Shitorarii robot with Shitorarii #1 being the flesh-and-blood Shitorarii Ichijou who is asleep in the stasis pod. Shitorarii #2 shows up in the flashback as the Shitorarii that Ryuseii is introduced to by her father in the room with the stasis pod (although that's a flashback inside a flashback since we were already up to Shitorarii #17 at the beginning of the flashback, when she got her head knocked off by the soccer ball/football, and girlfriend Shitorarii is Shitorari #35, the final Shitorarii robot as of chapter 45).

Shitorari #2 is, at some point after chapter 42, hacked by the (presumed) uncle. She dyes her hair brown (or replaces her blond hair scalp piece with a brown hair scalp piece since she is a robot after all) and becomes the Tea Party Shitorarii who kidnaps Megu and holds her hostage.

EDIT: Not gonna make a new post right now but the first four rough pages of chapter 47 are out on Jiro Sugiura's Twitter.

It's a Mina, Mamoru, and Satsuki(!?) chapter so far. Which is more than a little confusing if you've already read the roughs for chapter 46, unless this is a flashback but flashbacks in this manga usually have black borders around the panels.

Jiro Sugiura posted what seems to be a special side chapter involving Mamoru on his Twitter. It's a chapter with finished artwork, it's not just the usual rough layout version of a regular chapter that he posts on Twitter and then Pixiv well before the finished version of the chapter is published.

It's kind of bizarre.

Here's the rough layout version of Chapter 47. (I wasn't completely sure before but, yes, it's a series of flashbacks that seem to take place between chapter 40 and chapter 46.)
