I can't tell how you get that from 「…美樹ねえちゃん…？」("...Miki Nee-chan...?") unless you didn't understand the kanji and tried to make some strange leap in logic or something

but that's really weird because later on miki is clearly recognized as a name

anyways the whole translation is bad and wrong almost every other bubble of speech
