I just skimmed the Russian translation cause the English is taking forever to release. But it seems the MC gets a happy ending, where they all get out of the school and he ends up with a harem with all the girls at the end. I’m not sure if they start living with him at the end or just slept over to have the group orgy (they might’ve started living with him and the last page was all the girls leaving to their jobs since each girl is successful in a career or something). But I’m not sure. All I know is the MC gets all the girls at the end to be submissive girls in his harem. He’s happy, girls are happy, and they are all free from the school. So I guess that’s a W ending. If someone understands Russian and wants to explain what happened, go on ahead.

MC is a scumbag, seriously: Be nice to the isolated and disliked girl to make her dependant on you. Then start being cold to her to make her more desperate and confused. Then switch back and forth to mess with her head, then when she feels she can't live without your support, coerce, gaslight, manipulate and brainwash her to make her your obedient sex slave...The MC is a grade-a asshole. Like holy fuck. I get being angry with her for hitting him and not apologizing and stuff, but in no way did she deserve this bullshit. Read it just know, the gist of things you said are right. But chapter 94 they are meeting together after 2 years. They've changed some things in life, some didn't and etc. To my understanding they meet rarely now (first time meeting together in 2 years). Some girls are meeting frequently as for MC? It doesn't say who he meets.
Girl with the husband and boyfriend changed their life's the most i think. BF girl is now a dominatrix (but still is happy when Haruka dominates her). As for girl with husband...She divorced him and started living with hyperactive girl (they already had some lesbi action while MC was building his harem they created their personal paradise until it was broken due to small conflict)
In general what i understand they've only ringed to each other just to check in how everyone is doing. Maybe something was lost in russian translation but it's really vague if someone was meeting with MC prior to their get together after 2 years. Direction of their conversation was like that: Hey guys what you been up to all of those 2 years? And everyone started saying what happened, where they work and what they do. MC also when invited everyone to his house he introduced it as if no one was there before. So despite what happened to them they were acting like strangers.....Like i understand some girls were ok with that but some of them were IN LOVE with him but....nada.

Also a stupid reason not meeting together for 2 years is due to their "fame" status and interviews (they didn't want to expose their immoral relationships). <-- Quite idiotic, since today you can easily create private atmosphere. (Rent a house in outskirkirts with almost 0 houses around). And not like journalists would be interested much about them as people, they are interested in that freaking wall mostly.

Also MC decided to start a business from the house. The house we see in ch 93-94 is a private house he rented to live and work.
