Look no real hate to the mangaka... But... Please try to be original. We already have dozens, if not scores of such cliche manga stories, with more than half of them being dropped by publications themselves or gone on complete hiatus.

The very concept that the class Hime-sama will π massage a stranger mob of class when not even 5 minutes ago she was unaware of his existence is completely unrealistic.

Actually I think the author did dodge some of the annoying tropes. He isn't unnoticeable as he thinks he is as even some his classmates are aware of how he won an award and she's not some ice princess #1 school beauty. The way the author worded it just seems like she's one of the more popular girls in his class so it's not a high bar like most other mangas do. I wonder if it's just all on his head like him comparing himself to her who most guys would obviously help because they're horndogs. Also he has a good reason to act the way he is unlike others where they just apathetic usually and sulk about their "mobness" without actually trying to do anything about it.

I'll give it some time but honestly it's a bit mid at this point. I think I can say with fair certainty though it won't be another Horimiya.

1) Some mangakas are really high-schoolers.
2) Read japanese reviews and comments and you will understand.

About the 2nd point, i found a really annoying and stupid Isekai, many of us blasted it with diarrhea (6 out 10). Many comments on mangadex and other web pages said it's bad.
Looked up japanese comment section.....3 out 5 but they were blasting it not for the reason that MC was a doormat, loser and etc. Simply because it was not original and many could not "feel themselves as MC(empathize)" and not due to him being a complete doormat and a loser but because he has chosen stupid abilities and contradicts about wanting a slow life.

Basically speaking they are different. Their loser tolerance is much higher since loser mentality is more acceptable in their country since amount of people with that mentality is higher. In western world (many Asian countries too) even loser will sometimes flirt with a girl (and i mean objective loser who literally doesn't have anything behind him) in japanese case even a guy who got his shit together (not saying success simply an ok guy) might be worse than a turtle (hiding in his shell constantly).
