Oh ok..... I guess it's fine the way it ended....

Rushed for sure but at least kept the main parts/plot consistent until the end. It did had a feeling that it was trying to stretch out on unecessary drama and even though some was left unresolved and pretty open to self guessing. The main plot seems to have had an ok ending.

This chapter did pack a lot at once though but not extremely bothered by it just came out as a suprise.

Glad we got at least a somewhat happy ending for both sides
Thanks for the TL :bocchiwave:

Thank you for all of your work on this series. Even though it didn't end in the way I would've liked, it was still enjoyable.

(Also: if the author does an epilogue for the tankouban, it should be "written" by Niji.)

I don't really get the feeling anything was stretched out, if anything it was cut a little short. Mostly to resolve what the hell is going to happen to Niji now that her delusion has been shattered, but maybe also for Meguru to struggle a little bit getting over her feelings of disgust towards intimacy.

Aside from Niji being up in the air though, this is definitely feels like where the author wanted the other three to be at in the end. Everyone's a little more comfortable with their own desires.

The story was very juicy overall. It was interesting to see 2 freaks confiding in each other over a weird shared hobby. It was a great idea for an ending but it didn't get to fully form. The younger freak loves figures more than people at the moment so a relationship with the older freak would be a break in character development.

It makes a lot more sense for meguru to grow the fuck up and process her trauma without lashing out at the one person who loves her the most. She does, and now they can be together again. Older freak still loves meg afterall.

My issue is that we didn't really get to see meg work through it in a meaningful way. It feels like she just woke up from a trance and realized, "oh, I don't have to take my trauma out on others." It feels like something is missing.

I'd also like to see how the writer kid and young freak go about their days now. Just one chapter of them either figuring out how to start over or drifting apart. I'm curious to see that.

Sad it's ending when it feels like there was a bit more left.

dang, I was hoping for this to get long enough, and even hope for anime. This is some of most interesting Yuri work around and the premier have plenty room to explore 😢

It's great that they're working together and there are no more secrets with the people that matters to them, so overall a good ending but I have to confess, I couldn't read past the introduction of that obssessive stalker friend because she created an atmosphere of anxiety that made it too hard to enjoy to me.

What a depressing ending. Not only did Azuki settle for Meguru even though she could do way better, we didn't even get a single panel of Best Girl Niji in the final chapter.
