Did not expect this turn into full blown psychological horror! The dreaded meeting between Azuki and Meguru was somehow worse than expected and now everything is going even further off the rails. Meguru's discovery of Azuki and Remu's strange relationship is going to hit this story like a freight train and I can't wait.

I thought it was interesting that Azuki still sees herself as a puppet with zero autonomy, which makes her sculpting Meguru a perverse and misdirected means of taking back some small degree of power even as it traps her in a psychologically unhealthy loop.

Niji seems like she believes she's the writer of the lives around her, assuming she wasn't just trying to test her gaslighting abilities on something trivial.

Niji is probably the most dangerous out of the cast so far. She's giving Yandere vibes, and depending on whether or not the author wants to include actual violence in the story, this could be bloody.
I think that Meguru is also "disgusting," she has clearly shown that she despises Lust above all else and loves anime -> maybe she's only into 2d romance and is the type to go insane when her ship is not realized or becomes horny.

But she's also weird because she went to meet Mc when you'd expect her to want to avoid her straight up. I wonder if she's planning something, because she does appear to be aware that MC is def into her still.

Oh no, instead of melting her brain is breaking, that bleeding is a death sentence! I think her relationship with imouto-san is going to take a turn...

I really do wonder about the face. Was it truly one of disgust or horror or one of enjoyment? Clearly the MC has gotten much more disturbed considering the whole thing about not liking her painted in her blood. Also, seeing that they are sisters do both of them have the same ideal body they are going for?

Usui Shio writes perfection yet again. Page 27 especially hits so hard. The panels, in order, with the dialogue, ending with the squiggles under Meguru's rejection of Azuki… putting it into words can't do it justice. And the final page, too. And everything else, just as well.

Not a single panel is wasteful. Even pages 29-31, while functionally having no dialogue, work precisely because they don't have dialogue. It captures Azuki at that moment better than anything else could.

It's no less hard to find what good to point to than it is to find anything bad, due to it all just being so good. It's hard to pick just one aspect, just one page, just one panel, to focus on that to say what makes it work. This is in part because while it's all perfect, it is so to the extent that picking it apart ruins the magic, on some level.

Since it's perfect on every level, it's no less great in how everything fits together, and only by soaking it all at once can it truly be appreciated.

They're stepsisters so I wouldn't say that's guaranteed.

GImme a break meguru. Dismissing someone's feelings because you don't believe love can involve sex is so horrible to do. Maybe you got some trauma or something but mc seems like she really loved you. She also seems like a coocoo crazy now but fuck off meguru.

Making a fragile person feel like they're a disgusting freak because they fell in love with you and you don't believe in love the same way is mondo uncool.

I'm very interested to know if it's a result of meguru being ace or homophobic or something else. Her parents are divorced. Maybe she created negative associations about relationships after that.
