Did not expect this turn into full blown psychological horror! The dreaded meeting between Azuki and Meguru was somehow worse than expected and now everything is going even further off the rails. Meguru's discovery of Azuki and Remu's strange relationship is going to hit this story like a freight train and I can't wait.
I thought it was interesting that Azuki still sees herself as a puppet with zero autonomy, which makes her sculpting Meguru a perverse and misdirected means of taking back some small degree of power even as it traps her in a psychologically unhealthy loop.
Niji seems like she believes she's the writer of the lives around her, assuming she wasn't just trying to test her gaslighting abilities on something trivial.
