Considering the tropes used in manga and anime, he might have been doing paid dating with a high school student.

If you catch your parent cheating with someone your age and that leads to their divorce, it's very understandable that you'd be adverse to sexual relationships and that lust is a sin. Meguru was directly hurt by it in a disgusting fashion by someone she trusted

I really hope azuki and meguru end up together in the end. They genuinely loved and trusted each other when they were students and clearly have left over feelings for each other. They are the only ones that can treat and heal each other's wounds and become better person from this.

Dunno about Azuki, but imo Remu is most normal one, I agree. She has this fetish, but she's normal in a sense and don't want to lose Azuki, the only person who understand her. Which is fair I think. Remu's classmate is ultimate creep, though she is delusioned mofo, the only thing I think I don't like about her character is what you would say, her entire character. She really loves Remu, she's really creepy about it, because she gets a lot of fantasy about her, and instead of getting some balls and asking her out, she further digs herself into her unhealthy fantasy instead. And is trying to be manipulative of Remu, beware of yandere sort. (Hope Azuki makes out alive)
Meguru is I dunno, she felt complicated, but I think she's not bad, just having mental issues, Azuki probably loves Meguru, but acts really creepy about it, which is why I think Meguru just broke up with her due to her own immaturity and not understanding sexual desire of Azuki.

Just thinking that entirely only Remu's classmate is huge weirdo creep so far, everyone else are just a bit weird, but sane, unlike that mofo with box of delusions
