The main problem with this manga is that the MC is 10 years older than everyone else, but he doesn’t act like it at all. He’s pretty much still a child, and that brings the series down in the sense that those 10 years of life are a waste, or that he hasn’t really lived for 10 extra years.

The MC himself literally stated that those 10 years were a big waste for him, hence all that regret that hit him like a truck in the first chapter

Kyouya apologize because he plagiarized Tsurayuki work, but not entirely intentionally as he had no idea where the story came from, still making him do the extra work to make it more original and by doing so extending the production time.
He couldn't say he knew it from the past, neither coming up on his own (because he isn't a writer) making the matter difficult.

Fan service although appreciated, seems so much forced here making it rather funny than arousing for me...
