Ok, my theory
1) The wife what died, liked the bondage, then she trained her husband, when she die, the father feels alone, and want remember that activity with his wife, then used his daughter.
2) The husband allways liked the bondage, then used his wife, but his wife broke and died (suicide?), then the father use his daughter in the bondage play.
