I think it's just another way to profit more, the only ones winning are the ones who release a product that has to be censored for later release a decensored product which they will sell separately. Just another way of marketing.

I wouldn't mind just waiting until the uncensored version is out. This isn't even tasteful anymore, it's literally lowest effort level of censorship. I can't imagine what the artist feels, that the one and only version of this manga most people get to see just has all the black boxes over their work. Might as well draw black boxes everywhere to save time on drawing the chapter. Take a couple days off every week. Maybe more.
