@Liquidxlax the rest of the world probably need proper training in order to allocate skill points. If you think about it, you can swing a sword 1000 times, but you won't be good until someone teach you the fundamentals (and then you train again)

she is exactly as strong as MC three days ago, before he got a personal dungeon and the XP drop upgrade, as well as a way to easily increase his skill. As far as I understand, everyone has the same set of phisical attribute (capped at 30), a set of skills (capped at 10) in which they are "proficient", even when they have 0 point in it, and possibly a "special" skill (capped at 5). For example, MC was stealthy because he had the skill, even without a point in it; same way, he "felt" the girl presence thanks to awareness and he was able to equip and use the dagger thanks to the one-hand proficiency. The girl is particularly bad, now, because she has no hand to hand combat skill. The magic three is her proficiency, her actual special skill is covered by the speech bubble.

Also, just to get how valuable a single skill point is, with all 0 stats he had hard time against a single rabbit; he then assigned 1 point each in strength, speed and agility, and he was able to easily kill a hundred all together. The girl has 6 available skill points.
